As a person grows older and their home can no longer provide the quality of life they always wanted for themselves as they age, it may be important to look into alternative living options.

Assisted living communities are just one of several possibilities. However, choosing an assisted living facility can be intimidating, overwhelming, and just plain hard. It may involve sorting through decades of belongings, saying goodbye to a family home, and closing a chapter which is all part of a difficult process. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Moving to an assisted living home can also signal the beginning of a fantastic new experience full of new opportunities and adventures every day. As an assisted living facility, Hope’s Residence is dedicated to promoting as much freedom as possible for your loved ones while keeping them safe and centered on their individual needs. Our residents come first to us, and we make sure their families are included as well.

We provide a comfortable, peaceful, and serene setting in which our senior living residents can enjoy the comforts and facilities of a gracious and hospitable home.

Services we offer include:

1. Assistance with ADLs
These are the most basic activities necessary for daily life. They include the following:

Eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, ability to get in and out of bed, chair and on and off the toilet, taking medications, personal hygiene, bladder and bowel management, positioning and changing positions, dressing, and securing health care.

2. Assistance with IADL ( Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)
This includes shopping, laundry, making and keeping appointments, taking part in social and leisure activities, and driving or arranging transportation.

3. Social programs and activities
Just because someone ages, it doesn’t mean that they have to stop enjoying life. In fact, socialization and meaningful involvement are so important to well-being as we age! At our facility, we will help our residents with this. They offer tons of recreational activities to help the residents socialize with one another and maintain relationships.

Also, our assisted living staff loves to get to know each of our residents, making them feel at home, understanding the support they need, and creating the optimum environment for achieving that. This includes,

a. One big family
We are one big family! We make sure we respect each other (caregiver and housemates) as well as the property.

b. Celebrate good times
We understand how important social activities are for seniors, and we love to celebrate memorable moments with them. From birthdays to holidays, we want to make them feel special and surround them with friends.
